U.S. Congressman Leonard Lance (left) and Somerset County Freeholder Peter S. Palmer recently greeted young constituents as they joined Zufall Health President and Chief Executive Officer Eva Turbiner to celebrate National Health Center Week at Zufall’s Somerville site. The back-to-school-themed event drew nearly 100 children who participated in fun activities promoting healthy eating and fitness. Each child also took home backpacks and school supplies. National Health Center Week raises awareness about community health centers which provide quality care at an affordable cost to more than 25 million people in 9,800 communities throughout the country.
