COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at preventing COVID-19 disease, especially severe illness and death. They also reduce the risk of people spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. Vaccines are one of the most important tools to ending the COVID-19 pandemic and getting back to what you love. If you are 18 and over, you can schedule an appointment at Zufall Health for the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine at https://bit.ly/3wtzFhU. You will receive whichever vaccine is available the day of your appointment.
For children aged 12-17, schedule an appointment for the Pfizer vaccine by calling 973-328-3344 ext. 1277. Booking an appointment for a minor is NOT available online. A legal guardian must accompany a child to their vaccine appointment. (Note: The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is currently the only vaccine approved for use in children aged 12- 17).
Zufall Health provides COVID-19 testing to the general public at locations (listed below) in Morris County and Somerset County. To book an appointment at one of these locations visit https://bit.ly/3ozafLl. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Zufall Health offers testing for COVID-19 at all medical offices for established patients. To make an appointment for testing at a Zufall center, call the office closest to you.
A nasal swab test is provided at off-site and on-site testing locations. The rapid test is NOT available at Zufall.
There is no charge for COVID testing. LabCorp will bill your insurance directly for test processing. If you do not have insurance, the federal CARES Act will cover the fee. However, regular repeat testing required by your employer may not be covered.
