Jueves, 11 de agosto, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Celebración de la Semana del Centro de Salud en Hillcrest Elementary School, 500 Franklin Blvd, Somerset, NJ. Este es un evento público que ofrece mochilas con útiles escolares, perritos calientes, golosinas frías de verano, productos frescos de “Local Share”, recursos de seguros de salud, vacunas contra el COVID-19, y podrá programar citas para controles médicos, exámenes físicos y vacunas para sus hijos antes del inicio del año escolar. 

Zufall Health brinda servicios de atención médica bilingüe (inglés/español), que incluyen exámenes físicos escolares, visitas de rutina e inmunizaciones en nuestra camioneta médica en la Hillcrest Elementary School, 500 Franklin Boulevard, Somerset, NJ todos los jueves de 8:30 am a 3:30 pm.

Los servicios están disponibles para todos los niños en las Escuelas Públicas del Franklin Township, independientemente de sus ingresos, seguro médico o estado migratorio.

TARIFAS Y SEGURO

• Disponemos de escala variable de tarifas, las que se basan en los ingresos y en el tamaño de la familia.
• ¡Los pacientes sin seguro médico también son bienvenidos! También se acepta Medicaid, NJ Family Care, Medicare y varios planes de seguros privados.
• Le ayudamos con la inscripción para el seguro médico.
• Nadie deja de atenderse por no poder pagar.

Thursday, August 11, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Health Center Week Celebration at Hillcrest Elementary School, 500 Franklin Blvd, Somerset, NJ. This is a public event that offers backpacks with school supplies, hot dogs, cold summer treats, fresh produce from “Local Share”, health insurance resources, COVID-19 vaccinations, and you will be able to schedule appointments for medical checkups, exams physicals and immunizations for your children before the start of the school year.

Zufall Health provides bilingual (English/Spanish) health care services including school physicals, well visits, and immunizations on our mobile medical van at Hillcrest Elementary School ( in the Parking Lot), every Thursday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

Services are available to all children in the Franklin Township Public Schools regardless of income, health insurance, or immigration status.

FEES AND INSURANCE

• Sliding fee scale available. Fees are based on income and family size.
• Uninsured patients welcome! Also, Medicaid, NJ Family Care, Medicare, and various private insurance plans accepted.
• Insurance enrollment assistance available.
• No one turned away due to inability to pay.
