COVID vaccines at Casa Puerto Rico, 50 W. Blackwell Street, Dover, NJ 07801. Zufall Health has the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine available. If you make an appointment for a vaccine, you will receive whichever vaccine is available the day of your appointment.

Children ages 5-17 are eligible to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Please call 973-328-3344 ext. 1277 to schedule an appointment. Booking an appointment as/for a minor for the Pfizer vaccine is NOT available online.
COVID Testing at Casa Puerto Rico (Morris County)

- Test will be a nasal swab. Rapid test NOT available.
- Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
- There is no charge for COVID testing. LabCorp will bill your insurance directly for test processing. If you do not have insurance, the federal CARES Act will cover the fee. However, regular repeat testing required by your employer may not be covered.
