On July 17^th, Zufall’s Patient Navigator for Seniors, Monica McKenzie received The Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey’s (HFNJ) 2017 Lester Z. Lieberman Award for Humanism in Healthcare for her significant efforts in assisting at-risk seniors in achieving desired medical outcomes. This year marked the 20^th Anniversary for HFNJ’s awards event at which 38 individuals and all former Leadership and Legacy Award winners were honored by the Foundation.
