Telemedicine Now Available at Zufall

Telemedicine allows healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients at a distance by phone, computer or tablet.

Zufall Health is focused on protecting the health of our patients, visitors, staff and community every day. Due to the spread of COVID-19 and the social distancing measures taking place to help prevent the spread of the disease, we are now offering telemedicine.

The telemedicine option will allow our office to continue to provide care for you and your family. If your visit is changed to a virtual visit, please know we will continue to review lab results, medications and all routine care plans and processes as if it were an in-person, in-office visit. Our commitment to your health is still our utmost priority.

For a telemedicine visit you will need to do 3 things:

  1. Make sure you have access to a phone, computer or tablet with a functioning camera and audio.
  2. Download the Zoom app and activate your account. If you can’t download the Zoom app, you can still take part in your telemedicine visit by regular phone.
  3. Make sure you are in a private room.

If you need to schedule a visit, please call us and one of our team members will assist you. Click HERE! to visit our web page for Zufall locations and contact information.
