Mobile Medical at Harvest Family Success Center

Zufall Health’s Mobile Medical will provide care at Harvest Family Success Center. Services will include:
- Physical exams
- Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment
- Treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
- Vaccinations
- Behavioral health services
- Substance use disorder services
We accept New Jersey FamilyCare (Medicaid) and Medicare, as well as a number of private insurance plans. We also offer help with insurance enrollment.
A sliding free discount program ensures affordable access to all services for people with and without insurance. No patient is turned away due to inability to pay.
