Zufall Health’s Mobile Medical will provide care at the Vernon United Methodist Church Food Pantry. Services will include:

• Physical exams
• Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment
• Treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
• Vaccinations
• Behavioral health services
• Substance use disorder services
• Distribution of health safety kits

We accept New Jersey FamilyCare (Medicaid) and Medicare, as well as a number of private insurance plans. We also offer help with insurance enrollment.

A sliding free discount program ensures affordable access to all services for people with and without insurance. No patient is turned away due to inability to pay.
