Directions:
Follow directions to the North Entrance of the hospital complex. The door to Zufall Health is located just in front of the parking garage, where the low brick building meets the silver Medical Arts Pavilion building (near Parking Lot P6). The north entrance to the hospital complex provides direct access to this area.
After Hours Contact:
Patients can call any Zufall office 24/7. For urgent needs, you will be connected with our on-call medical provider. For extreme or life-threatening cases, call 9-1-1.
