Care at this location is provided in a suite within Somerset County’s Richard Hall Community Health and Wellness Center. Zufall’s partnership with Richard Hall ensures that medical and dental services are easily accessible to the center’s clients and the surrounding community.

Patients can call any Zufall office 24/7. For urgent needs, you will be connected with our on-call medical provider. For extreme or life-threatening cases, call 9-1-1.
